About Mike McCaffrey
I am a web developer who has been working for the past seven years with progressive non-profits. Two years ago, I started my own company, NucleationSites, to focus on providing freelance services.
Personally, I have been living in the Adams Moran / Columbia Heights / Mount Pleasant neighborhood of Washington, DC for the past five years. I carry my camera around a lot and have had a couple of photography shows locally. I am interested in ecological design and green building, and worked for 6 months last year as a carpenter's apprentice to learn more about the construction industry. I have a lot of experience with photoshop, though I have not had the opportunity to exercise those skills much recently.
